The team you'll be part of

Mobile Networks

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

• Work with Nokia's LTE and 5G mobile networks that are deployed throughout the world
• Primary focus is supporting our largest North American customers (Verizon, ATT, and T-Mobile)
• Learn about the architecture and high-level designs that provide today's mobile communications
• Learn how complex, leading-edge computer systems are deployed, maintained, and monitored

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, work well with others, speak-up when you see an issue or an opportunity
• Strong computer programming skills. Able to pick up existing software, quickly understand it and modify it to satisfy new requirements
• Experience in programming languages: Linux shell, Perl, and/or Python

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience programming in the Visual Basic programming language
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel
