Mobile QA Engineer

We are seeking Quality Assurance Engineers to help deliver and release our core mobile application, with a focus on its expense feature set. You will tackle complex quality issues in a product developed using cutting-edge technology, used by hundreds of thousands of users monthly. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, substantial experience in Test Engineering or Quality Assurance, and experience working closely with mobile engineering teams. You should be methodical, proactive, and have a strong passion for quality. What you'll do

• Build a user-centric engineering culture that drives improvements in quality.
• Implement process changes to testing efforts across multiple platforms and geographies.
• Partner with product development teams to plan, develop and execute release testing and dogfooding programs.
• Funnel learnings back to the development teams in a consistent and digestible manner to continuously improve products with structured test strategies and execution.
• Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose tests to discover reoccurrences.
• Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.

What we're looking for

• B.S. degree in computer science (or related technical field).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and executing pre/post-launch activities.
• Proficient in debugging applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in partnering and collaborating with multiple teams, including leadership.
• Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling concurrent tasks and delivering results.
• Self-driven and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, evolving agile environment.
