PayPal’s Consumer Credit team is responsible for Global Pay Later and Revolving credit products that play a vital role in fulfilling PayPal’s mission to democratize financial services. What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and highly talented iOS engineer to join our team to deliver high quality, secure products to millions of users.

As an engineer on Global Pay Later team, you will be primarily responsible for feature development on GPL module as part of PayPal Consumer app. You should be comfortable with developing and testing your code as well as supporting the team with code reviews and debugging. The successful candidate will work closely with the entire product development team during all phases of software development and lifecycle. You will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and experimentation are a given.

• 3+ years experience in iOS Development 
• Experience working on mobile applications at scale. Related technologies include Swift, XCode, etc.
• Strong record of collaboration with multiple teams and platforms to deliver and support major projects and features
• Ability to understand and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of testing best practices and familiarity with at least one testing framework for iOS
• Intimate knowledge of common design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Stay current with the newest mobile technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations
• Work with engineering managers, engineers and QA to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs in respect to functionality, performance, reliability, realistic implementations schedules and adherence to development goals and principles
