Mobile Solutions Specialist
Job Description
The Mobile Solutions Specialist will report to the Director of Client Marketing Strategy within the Client Solutions Team and is responsible for understanding and communicating client customized mobile app solutions across the project team and oversee the efforts throughout the project to ensure successful delivery. This role will be responsible for managing and documenting implementation, content, client requested enhancements, SOW's and support collaboration with various areas of the organization to include Product, Product Deployment, UI/UX, Mobile App Implementation, Sales, IT Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Review operator documentation with Sales and verify contract deliverables
- Facilitate Client Kick Off - Review Mobile App solutions and client configurations / systems
- Create and Manage Mobile App Implementation project plans from beginning to end ensuring a timely completion.
- Creates spec sheet
- Guide, direct and respond to questions from various teams to ensure clarity for the client and delivery of app
- Oversee, review UI/UX design and spec sheet for accuracy
- Coordinate with Product Deployment coordinator to confirm project plan and tasks
- Liaison and subject matter expert to Product Deployment Coordinator for resolving issue and providing direction for questions, blockers, or concerns on active projects.
- Set priories and realistic project completion dates
- Create standard operating procedures and training documents
Requirements
- BS or BA degree and/or relevant work experience within the marketing, computer and/or IT industry
- 3+ years project management experience. Technical background preferred.
Required Skills
- Experience with casino apps, marketing, casino operations, or equivalent
- General knowledge on the concept of API's and SDK's
- Experience with Project Planning tool (MS Project preferably), AzureDevOps and Sensei
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Internally with varying levels management and departments, as well as externally with operators and 3rd party vendors
- Collaborate and communicate with identified project resources (project team) on project objectives.
- Identify and address potential risks and factors that can impede the success of project objectives and business needs
- General concept of project management and being able to manage schedules, resources, and processes.

- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Benefits
This role is offering a base salary in the range of $95,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience. The top end of the range will be reserved for candidates with both a strong gaming system operations and payment processing backgrounds. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package with 90% of the employee portion covered.
