Mobile Test Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Define communicate and implement test strategy
• Identify tools procedures as needed for testing activities
• Execute test plans report test progress identify and report detected issues (JIRA Xray)
• Participate in user story analysis and defining acceptance criteria
• Be actively involved in sprint planning/grooming and retrospective meetings
• Document test efforts and results and communicate them with the team members stakeholders
• Test analysis and test design for automation
• Writing and maintaining automation test scripts
• Excellent team work skills encouraging collaboration with developers testers and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and extrapolate details from the requirement documents/User Stories
• Preparing quality deliverables of Test Scenarios such as BDD feature files

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience as a Test Lead or similar role with a strong background in testing mobile applications on various platforms (iOS Android) .
• Extensive knowledge of mobile testing concepts methodologies tools and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and mobile test automation frameworks (Appium Gherkin Cucumber Browserstack Jira Xray is a plus).
• Familiar with various design patterns like Page Object Model.
• Hands on experience with Java.
• Using various debugging tools to identify issue on API level (Charles Proxy is a plus).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communicatio n and team work skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers testers and stakeholders.
