Job Description

Create and maintain the schedule of technical resources for Mobile Video (Body Worn Camera and In-Car Video) deployment projects both within and outside of the Organization. Balance the availability of project resources against incoming requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Must be able to adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities and deadlines. Evaluate and improve current processes and workflows to increase productivity and efficiency. The position is also responsible for communication with, coordination of training for, and ensuring qualification standards are met by external partners. Candidate must have strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. This is a remote position, candidate can reside anywhere in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and communicate those to management

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of resource allocation techniques

• Ability to balance a heavy workload

• Higher level education (Bachelor's or Associates Degree)

• CAPM or PMI-SP Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1 or more years of scheduling experience

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
