A key part of the eCommerce, Experience, and Change Leadership (EECL) organization, the Global Change Leadership team drives adoption of complex transactional changes for new business models, processes, policies, tools, and behaviours with our Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and Customers.
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced project manager who will drive E2E solutions to solve complex and varied business issues. The Project manager is taking a high-energy approach to the leadership of cross-functional teams providing direction to team activities, conducting information validation and driving progress and is able to exercise independent judgment to handle most unique situations while seeking advice where needed to make decisions on complex business issues.
In this role you will lead the development and execution of detailed project plans, budgeting, coordination and progress tracking. You will utilize your ability to influence cross functional teams towards decision making. You will work closely with cross functional teams as well as key internal team members including our Audience Leads, Content and Communication Leads, while also ensuring close alignment with the MOC project plans from other transformation stakeholders including Edge-to-Cloud leaders and HPE GreenLake offering, and HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform change leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex program that requires detailed analysis and in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and development and design of new processes across systems and organizations.
- Develop and own the end-to-end project plan, with contributions from key internal team and pan-HPE program stakeholders
- Establish timelines and resource plans and guide program scope definition, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Drive change efforts across multiple organizations
- Provide expertise to cross-functional program teams and provide flexible, result oriented leadership to get things done quickly and effectively
- Coordinate content reviews and sign-off processes
- Track and monitor progress against project plans and prepare and present consolidated report-outs to leadership
- Identify and own risks to project execution, coordinate mitigation decision making, clearly document and follow-up on the mitigation steps. Escalate to management where needed
- Conduct program post-mortems, capture lessons learned, iterate, and continuously improve project management practices and approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Project Management qualification is desirable
- Digital transformation experience is a plus
- Preferably experience in one or more of following areas: Brand / Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management
