We have a rare opportunity for a Model Based Enterprise (MBE) Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Technology team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Model Based Enterprise (MBE) program office develop a vision for the specific portfolio and ensure they understand and represent the end user needs to the product and delivery teams
• Collaborate across the stakeholder landscape to monitor the emerging company needs and develop plans to support those needs within assigned portfolio
• Defining a vision for the assigned portfolio and products which will steer development of solutions and ensure the MBE program is successful in its execution
• Collaborate across P&W to align stakeholders around the vision for the assigned portfolio and products
• Working with the MBE PMO implement and manage a prioritization approach to provide product and delivery teams with a well-articulated prioritization system for product features and capabilities
• Develop metrics to monitor development of products in the portfolio and ensure the resultant delivered capabilities meet company goals
• Create a shared brain across larger teams within the assigned portfolio and across the MBE program to empower independent decision-making
• Act as a thought leader, operating across the entire MBE landscape and provide guidance on a global scale regarding Industry Best Practices
• Partner extensively with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Quality, and many other functions to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that serve to streamline the way we work - including but not limited to value assessments, product road mapping and validation, and ongoing lifecycle management / support for our products
• Exercise experience with requirements gathering, defining capabilities, and understanding the customer need
• Demonstrated agile mindset and proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices
• Participate in technology forums and town hall sessions for the benefit of the MBE community, helping the community understand the value of Model Based Enterprise
• Work with program leadership to establish short and long-term vision and roadmaps for assigned MBE portfolio.
• Work closely with product and delivery teams within portfolio and collaborate across portfolios to meet overall MBE needs
• Help with deployment of program metrics and best practices to improve the performance of the MBE program and ensure successful launch of agile at scale
• Assist with PW wide MBE road mapping including technologies and industry best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes acting as a product manager or product owner in an agile enterprise; OR an Advanced Degree and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes acting as a product manager or product owner in an agile enterprise
• 2+ years of experience with Model-Based Enterprise or similar program
• US Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an enterprise level agile leader
• Active Government Security Clearance
• Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews
• Experience with deployment of DevSecOps pipeline delivery
• Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment
• Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise, and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations
• Proven track record communicating within cross-functional team of technical resources, QA, and engineers
• Demonstrated effectiveness working in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to build strong relationships to leverage information and insights across key groups
• Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Outstanding formal and informal presentation skills
• Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of digital engineering as modern model-based technologies such as model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or model-based design (MBD), model-based definition, manufacturing and inspection (MBDMI), model-based services and MRO
