Model Integration Specialist – Structural Drafting

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Design Integration Team is to coordinate the modular design process from Design Development through Shop Drawing kick-off. Rise Modular is looking for a Revit Drafter with Structural Modeling experience to manage the front-end Design Integration process and support he shop drawing development team.

Responsibilities

• DD, CD, Permits & Design Integration Scopes
• Design Consultant Coordination
• RFI Generation and Resolution
• Participate in progressive Design Meetings, Peer Reviews and Redline Sessions of Design Docs
• RISE Standards Development and Integration
• RISE Design Integration and Coordination Documents prior to manufacturing
• Content transfer and support of Factory Support Team
• Shop Drawing Review

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills
• Successful engagement and leadership in Modular Shop Drawing Development
• Pro-Active engagement to Design Coordination Tasks (Issue prevention vs. issue resolution)
• Structural design integration experience
• Embrace the Manufacturing process and concepts (why)
