ManTech is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Specialist III to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

Expert in modeling and simulation development, data source analysis, M&S tool employment and tool results analysis in operational context of live, constructive or virtual training in all aspects of the maritime domain, and the acquisition process. Capable of model development, data source analysis, employment of various M&S tools and conducts M&S tool results analysis. Familiarity with data models that support IA, KM, Human Geography, full spectrum of Geospatial-Intelligence, and other surface, air, sub-surface, information/cyber, and space warfare mission sets.

Education/Clearance Requirements:

• Should have at least twelve (12) years' experience with a Master's degree or fourteen (14) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred. Must possess expert knowledge of DoD, Navy or similar service/agency M&S initiatives and efforts and have 8+ years' experience of increasing levels of responsibility leading technical teams.
• Shall meet CSWF requirements with current baseline and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications as needed for relevant operating systems and Security+. Shall possess the necessary training, qualifications, and experience for the IAT-I level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. Certified Scrum Master desired
• Active Secret clearance
