PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Troy 7, Inc. is looking for a Modeling & Simulation Advanced Engineer to join our team. In this role you will demonstrate and apply your expertise and knowledge of Modeling and Simulation development for Missile Defense.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supporting development of low, medium, and high fidelity modeling and simulation models for Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD).
• Coordination of engineering requirements, project schedules, and analysis of model performance.
• Facilitate working groups to enable program status, technical exchange, and to generate reports for the customer.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):

The position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Experience in modeling and simulation physical environments
• Experience in network accreditation process and risk mitigation
• Experience in requirements tracing aiding industry partners development with customer requirements
• Experience in analysis of verification and validation (V&V) evidence
• Demonstrated knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) to successfully develop and integrate modeling and simulation capabilities into system architectures
• Demonstrated knowledge in Ground-based Weapon Systems (GWS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12+ years' experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience in Modeling & Simulation development
• Strong understanding of Modeling & Simulation tools
• Managing fast tempo projects with attention to detail and schedule
• Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefings, and preparing technical products
• Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations
• Demonstrated skill and experience in development of technical products
