Moderation Specialist

We are looking for a Moderation Specialist to help maintain the integrity of our platform. You will be working with a wide range of content, ensuring it meets our social networking policies and high standards.

In this role, you will

• Review photos, messages, and live-streaming content according to social networking policies, workflows, and targets, which may include violent, political, profane, or otherwise disturbing content
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality while performing your duties
• Generate reports on completed tasks
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency

It’s all about you

• No prior moderation experience required
• Upper-Intermediate level (minimum)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability to change, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Empathy, active listening, communication skills, patience, time management, and being a team player
