Do you want to drive Modern Workplace solutions for Calgary’s industry leaders?

We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Modern Workplace Technical Architect for our Calgary branch who will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to design, architect, and implement solutions within the Long View End User Experience (‘EUX’) portfolio. The Modern Workplace Technical Architect will have a deep understanding and level of experience with virtualization solutions.

A Day in the Life:

• Design, architect, and implement industry leading Microsoft technical solutions including M365 Services, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Management by understanding client requirements through your savvy consulting skills, both business and technical
• Strong understanding of EUX Principles, methodologies, and industry best practices in order to implement EUX solutions
• Create detailed IT and business policies, documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
• Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project

What You Bring:

• 10+ years’ relevant EUX experience, as well as a technical subject matter expert in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, including the following:
• o M365 Services Design, Deployment and Management
• o Windows 10/11 Deployment and Management
• o Intune / SCCM Design, Deployment and Management
• o Azure AD/Entra ID design, Deployment and Management
• o Domain and tenant migrations & Consolidations
• o End Point Management Familiarity with Microsoft architecture and best practices
• Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in the delivery of solutions
• Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral, and various presentation formats and situations
