Modernization Value Realization Lead

Summary of the role:

Navitaire, an Amadeus Company, is seeking a Value Realization Lead to join our modernization initiative which will re-imagine our SaaS offerings to build a next generation airline retailing platform. This person will be responsible for building and combining business and technical value proposition into a cohesive value realization strategy by collaborating closely with product, engineering, commercial, finance, legal, marketing, and other teams. They will drive the new platform's business case, influence our roadmap, and create an overall offering strategy that is in line with Navitaire, and its customers' needs and goals.

In this role you'll:

• Lead the value realization strategy for our SaaS platform, working with internal and external stakeholders to identify specific needs, and goals
• Curate product-value offerings, including identifying market opportunities, defining target customer segments, and developing value propositions.
• Develop and implement value realization plans that help customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, commercial, finance, legal, to build a value-offering strategy under the guidance of our governance requirements.
• Build, and continuously refine financial business case development to complement value realization strategy

• Conduct market research and analyze data to understand customer needs (and competitive offerings) and identify new opportunities for offerings and platform innovations.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully helping customers maximize the value of a SaaS platform.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Airline industry experience is desired
