Zoom is looking for an experienced business leader to join the monetization team within Corporate Strategy. By partnering cross functionally with product managers, sales, and other cross-functional teams, you will identify revenue growth opportunities, define global pricing models and packaging frameworks. In this high visibility role, you will be responsible for developing commercial initiatives that address regional and local market requirements. This role requires strengths in strategic thinking, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, cross group collaboration, project management and executive communication skills. It is a tremendous opportunity to drive meaningful impact on the company's growth and delight customers. Background in Enterprise software products, pricing and monetization and experience collaborating with go-to-market (GTM) will be critical in this role. In addition, the ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment with a strong level of comfort around sophisticated problems and ambiguous situations is highly valuable.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop global and regional monetization strategies based on product objectives and market trends to increase product penetration and simplify sales motion.
- Identify monetization models for evolving products and services by developing an empirically grounded view of our opportunity from a market, customer, and competitive understanding perspective.
- Drive data analytics and quantitative pricing & customer research, including conjoint studies, economic value drivers and customer value perception interviews to articulate defendable points of view on key pricing areas (i.e., pricing capabilities, price models, price setting, price realization, SaaS revenue models and bundling)
- Collaborate across functions including product, finance, marketing & sales to develop go-to-market pricing strategy to provide our teams with the tools and insights required for success.
- Identify new packaging and bundling opportunities to simplify sales motion and increase platform penetration.
- Define, track and measure pricing KPIs and ROI analysis, creating actionable decision insights on pricing performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience within or across strategy consulting, monetization, and/or product strategy.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, math, business, economics. MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong numerical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify insights and drive high impact decisions.
- Fluency in SQL, data manipulation, visualization is preferable
- Consistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver impact.
- Demonstrated ability and prior experience in using customer, market, and competitive data to create business strategy.
- Strong executive communication skills written and verbal. Comfortable in business and technical discussions.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$112,300.00
Maximum:
$254,600.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
