MongoDB Developer

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer to handle the development, implementation, and maintenance of our MongoDB databases. You will play a critical role in managing databases that store vast amounts of data and ensure their performance, availability, and security.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop database structures and optimize queries for MongoDB databases to ensure high performance.
2. Implement and manage database setups, ensuring data integrity and adherence to business requirements.
3. Write efficient queries for performance improvements and maintain database schema.
4. Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services and applications.
5. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
6. Develop and execute database backup and recovery strategies.
7. Ensure security measures and data privacy compliance are in place for database systems.
8. Document database processes, policies, and procedures.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in database management and NoSQL technologies.

1. 4+ years of experience in MongoDB development and administration.
2. Strong proficiency in MongoDB query language and aggregation framework.
3. Solid understanding of NoSQL databases and their advantages.
4. Experience with data modeling and designing databases for applications.
5. Proficient in JavaScript or another programming language for backend development.
6. Familiarity with Mongoose or similar ODM libraries.
7. Understanding of database tuning and optimization techniques.
8. Experience with cloud databases, especially on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
