You’ll contribute to defining a completely new customer journey tailored around technology and you will offer your clients a truly positive, empowering, and transparent property financing experience. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a commission-based sales environment.

Who you are 

3 years experience as a licensed Mortgage Advisor 

Experience working with a network of consultants

Work best in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask

Available to meet in person with consultants

Cantonese speaking - a strong asset

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology

Works well with data, metrics, and performance indicators

Demonstrate excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates

Is an ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement

Motivated by having an impact on the future of the mortgage industry.
