What you'll do at Cascade:
Serve the American Dream Through Attainable Home Ownership.
As a Mortgage Assistant, you are responsible for assisting our Origination Department with loan applications, entering, and reviewing documentation.
How youโll do it:
- Coordinate and prepare documentation.
- Follow up and respond to perspective buyers.
- Maintaining prospective client database and loan status pipeline.
- Creating initial loan file for Loan Officers by gathering preliminary information such as credit and employment documents, loan application, etc.
- Assisting loan officers in smooth and timely completion of all loan applications.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all borrower loan documentation necessary for loan approval and closing.
- Assisting with other duties as necessary.
What youโll need to join Cascade:
- At least one year of combined work experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and employees to create a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to adjust easily to work situations based on employee, group, or business needs.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A โcan doโ attitude
