Mortgage Consultant (Puerto Rico)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mortgage Consultant in Puerto Rico! Our Loan Officers are better known as Mortgage Consultants.  In this role, you’ll be focused on customizing home loans to help borrowers achieve their financial goals. You’ll collect qualifying documentation from borrowers and will be available to guide them through the mortgage process while providing superior customer service. WE ARE ACCEPTING OUT OF STATE LICENSED CANDIDATES AS THIS IS A 100% REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.  No need to solicit business, we’ll handle that for you!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Required

• NMLS License
• Ability to obtain a CO license PRIOR TO HIRE 
• Proof of having passed the SAFE MLO exam
• Proven ability to produce in high paced environment
• Punctual, meticulous and reliable
• Courteous manners with the public
• Proficient spoken and written English and Spanish
• Looking for local Puerto Rico candidates or willing to relocate. 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take incoming calls that are driven by our strong local and national marketing campaigns
• Complete a full application with borrower consulting with them about their financial needs
• Customize loan programs and determine the right program that fits the customers’ needs
• Structure and collect all data required to proceed the borrower’s loan
• Work with the processing staff and borrower to ensure the loans are completed in a timely manner
• Make sure that all facets of the loan stay within compliance laws of the state and federal law
• Report daily to management on current production and goals

**We are looking for local Puerto Rico candidates or those willing to relocate. Housing or housing allowance will be provided for candidates willing to relocate.
