Keller Home Loans Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We're growing quickly to match demand, and the marketing strategy is expanding to include a broader mix of acquisition channels. We're hiring for a strong and experienced Marketing Manager who will be dedicated to creating, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and events.
The Marketing Manager role is a "Swiss army knife" who will support marketing efforts cross-functionally, including the direct-to-consumer, partnerships, and independent agent channels.
 

• Serves as Keller Home Loans brand guardian / liaison, verifying all marketing reflects brand voice. Leads the strategic pull-through of continent and brand promotions and campaigns.
• Knows how to create a project plan and oversee a project to execution on highly visible strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee corporate social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience, reflecting our brand identity and values.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant discussions to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Support a variety of different stakeholders within Marketing, Design, and Web to gain alignment and transform information into a cohesive plan to drive the completion of deliverables for launches.
• Support production teams in the execution of assets and deliverables
• Partner with business and product stakeholders in identifying, managing and communicating key project updates, risks and deliverables.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience
• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
• Proven track record in social media management
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex programs across all company channels
• Ability to see the big picture to anticipate various needs and make recommendations accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to problem solve through critical thinking
• Executive presence
• Proficiency in MS Suite
• A willingness to play a “hands on” role on key projects and initiatives
