If we learned anything this year, it’s that our organization truly can implement a “work where you work best” philosophy.  We still have physical offices, and, if they’re open, you are welcome to use them whenever you like. RAPP is located right near Chinatown in the financial district of San Francisco, we’re used to trollies (and tourists) daily.

No pressure, though - if you aren’t comfortable with coming in while COVID-19 plays out, you can still work where you work best. That said, while we do have our “work where you work best” philosophy, we legally have to care about what state you claim permanent residency in (it’s a tax thing).

ABOUT YOU

You have 2-5 years of experience in digital  production and design including static and animated display banners, native, landing pages, email, creative presentations, new business and internal projects.

You can demonstrate the ability to create visual consistency of design, look and feel, style guides and production across marketing assets.

You work with all key stake holders while maintaining ownership of a project through its duration, adhere to timelines and have excellent communication skills. You have thorough knowledge of client brand standards and meticulously adhering to them. You have a strong design sense needed for creating multiple sizes for different platforms while following provided technical specs.

You keep vigorous attention to detail while produce pixel perfect assets for hand off to developers and media companies. You can assist and support creative department in the ideation process when needed. You work closely with Designers, Art Directors Copy Writers and Creative Directors to ensure creative concepts are executed faithfully to the creative vision while remaining complaint to client brand standards.

You are enthusiastic about learning new skillsets emerging, technologies in marketing, design trends. You have experience using Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Sketch, Powerpoint, Keynote, Excel, and Word. 

It's a big plus if you have used Google Web Designer, After Effects, and have a general understating of HTML.
