Clay is a global design agency building world-class digital products and brands. Our clients include Slack, Google, Snapchat, Amazon, Coinbase, and many innovative startups. Our diverse team is located in different parts of the world, but the main locations are Europe and the USA.

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join us remotely. At Clay, Motion Designers play a pivotal role in crafting immersive digital experiences at Clay. As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with talented and multifaceted experts to bring ideas to life, utilizing your expertise in complex interface animations, 2D infographics, 2D character animation, and frame-by-frame animation. Join our team and make a tangible impact on the digital world.

Requirements

• You have a high-level knowledge of software, particularly After Effects and its plugins
• You understand the intricacies of interface animation, both real and cinematic, and stay updated on aesthetic and technological trends in motion design
• You are able to explain design solutions to individuals who have no understanding of design or animation
• You strive to be more than just a performer and actively engage in the project's processes, considering its objectives
• You possess the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and have a desire to optimize the workflow by utilizing scripts, plugins, and tools to streamline routine tasks
• You demonstrate good taste and deliver neat work in your motion design projects
• Your English level is Intermediate and above
