We are looking for a Motion Designer for one of our investment products (B2C AI). The product is revolutionizing the world of AI role-playing apps in the USA market. 

Your main tasks will be:

• Performance Marketing Video Creation
• Static design and motion design prototypes at Figma (crucial)
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to refine these ideas into actionable campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop hypotheses for A/B testing
• Refine and adjust creative concepts based on feedback and performance data to enhance their effectiveness
• Integrate sound design and 3D elements into video content
• Resize and revise creative assets to meet various platform requirements and feedback

We expect from you:

• Proven experience in motion design, particularly within a marketing or advertising context
• Strong proficiency in Adobe and Figma, including static design and rapid prototyping
• Experience with AI (Midjourney, StableDiffusion...)
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas and translate them into effective marketing content
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and the principles of A/B testing
• Experience in creating and iterating on successful creative assets
• Skill in sound design and working with 3D elements
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working closely with marketing teams to develop and refine ideas
• English B2+
• Russian C1+
