We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at Sporty Group.

Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing content for diverse marketing channels including Google ads social media platforms display ads with a focus on achieving both performance and brand marketing goals

Collaborate closely with our marketing performance marketing and brand marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure that design solutions align with our business goals

Take ownership of the design process from concept to completion ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards

Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and the exchange of ideas among team members

Stay updated on design trends industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our design team remains at the forefront of the field

Work closely with cross-functional teams including data and analytics to leverage insights and data-driven approaches in design decision-making

Play a key role in recruitment efforts helping to identify and hire top design talent to expand our team

Requirements

Degree qualified in Business or a related field

Proven experience in a design/motion graphics role with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects etc.) and other relevant software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

A passion for fostering creativity and innovation within your team combined with a keen eye for design aesthetics

The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment making strategic decisions that drive our design efforts forward

A proactive and self-motivated mindset always looking for opportunities to improve and enhance the design process
