We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating visually engaging content and play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motion & Static Design Creation: Design and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms, incorporating static elements to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met while maintaining an organized workflow
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and design teams to align on project goals, motion strategies, and brand standards.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of motion design trends, integrating fresh, innovative ideas into the visual content to enhance engagement.
• End-to-End Production: Take ownership of the motion design process, including storyboarding, animating, refining, and delivering final assets across various touchpoints (social media, web, apps).
• Performance Optimization: Use performance data to refine and improve content, ensuring designs are effective and on-brand.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging animations and static design projects.
• Ability to work effectively in multiple languages to create culturally relevant and localized motion content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere or other relevant software.
• Familiarity with creating animations for web, social media, and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools to generate, improve or edit motion graphics
• Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing principles, and best practices
• Ability to explain design concepts with an easy-to-understand language
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate across departments.
• Passion for staying updated on motion design and marketing trends, and applying innovative techniques to enhance visual content

Please note that you should be prepare working as a Contractor under B2B service agreement.
