Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer on our team, you will create motion assets to be used in a variety of digital and print media. Graphics you create will greatly impact our brand's visibility and ultimately help grow our user base! To thrive in this role you will have already completed a number of public-facing projects. You will produce assets that stick closely to the company brand while also being able to make quick design decisions as necessary.
This role is permanently remote and will report directly to the Head of Creative.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and design both static and motion digital assets to be used across a variety of print and digital media, in marketing email campaigns, and at live expos and conventions all over the world!
• Video Editing and on-screen text and/or title creation for certain video assets. (subtitles, interview participant names and information, etc.)
• Meet regularly with both team and cross-departmental business partners, including executive-level stakeholders, to regularly calibrate design ideas for in-progress and completed assets.
• Ensure quality of assets and design aesthetics adhere closely to product and company branding.

Requirements
Skills you already have:

• You have a clear passion for motion graphics, and you're looking for a position that primarily focuses on motion versus static assets.
• You have successfully completed projects independently throughout the majority of your career, but know when to reach out to your team for backup and second-opinions.
• You understand the need for brand unity, but still like to add little touches of your own personal flare to your projects.
• You are comfortable making quick decisions for a design, and don't need a lot of feedback after you've gotten the hang of the role.
