How You Will Make an Impact

• Motion Graphics Designer will produce/develop creative elements in 2D/3D space from start to finish
• Drive and enhance the visual look, tone, and feel of all creative work
• Effectively work while maintaining the company's overall brand image
• Motion Graphics Designer will work with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality in all creative content
• Adapt quickly to changes and revisions, solve problems alongside an energetic and ambitious team
• Motion Graphics Designer will maintain strong working relationship and effective communication with the company's production, creative, and marketing teams
• Develop and maintain motion brand guidelines and uphold design standards at the direction of creative leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field preferred
• 4-6 years' experience in a motion graphics role required
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud required
• Experience producing elements for TV Broadcast, Web/Digital and Social Media, multiple platforms preferred
• Experience with Cinema 4D and REDShift, or other 3D software preferred
• Must have a keen sense for graphic design and motion graphic campaigns
• Ability to work on various projects simultaneously and to deliver finished projects on deadline a must
• Strong organizational and time management skills
