About you

We're on the hunt for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand motion graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation, graphic design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video for digital platforms, including websites, social media, video content, and presentations.
• Experience with storytelling of product features, working with user interfaces, and simplifying user flows to create engaging motion design. 
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and design animations that align with our brand and messaging.
• Create visually appealing and dynamic animations, including 2D/3D animations, typography animations, explainer videos, GIFS, and more.
• Edit and animate video footage, graphics, and audio to create cohesive and compelling content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
• Test graphics across various media, making amendments based on feedback to ensure optimal performance.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
• Support with other design initiatives when required. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a motion graphics designer or video producer, ideally within a SaaS-based environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Bonus: experience in Figma and visual social media tools like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design and video skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
