What is awesome about this role
We're looking for a Motion Graphic/Video Production intern to help produce, create, and edit for ads, social posts, email campaigns, etc. You will work alongside our growth team and see how a fast-growing startup operates.
Skills you'll be honing:

• Building creative video projects that drive engagement for users
• Interpret project requirements to create digital projects in meaningful, compelling ways
• Ability to go from ideation through brainstorming exercises and mock-ups to determine the direction for video edits

Job Description

• Assist with creative video production and editing for social, ads and community purposes
• Collaborate with growth and marketing team to ideate and curate videos for ad, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Concept and develop moodboards
• Keep up with online content trends and best practices and incorporate them into overall digital strategy
• Assist with asset management
• Assist with filming and edit video content including digital ads, user testimonials, reels, TikToks, etc
• Assist with team photo shoots
• Organize assets and files

Requirements

• 2+ years of creating motion graphics/editing video experience
• Strong video editing ability with working knowledge of Premiere Pro or strong graphic design ability with working knowledge of Photoshop, and after effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Currently pursuing B.S. or M.S. in RTF, art, design, marketing, visual communication or a related field preferred
• If you have graduated, be no more than 1 year past your graduation date
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
• A portfolio that includes relevant projects
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively with tight deadlines
• Team-oriented, excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
• Innovative and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table
• Learning mindset, desire to master new technologies and tools
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative on projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Incredibly organized and efficient at managing your time across multiple projects, while focusing on deadlines
• Bonus points for graphic design, vlogging, and/or podcast experience
