What We Offer: • Full-Time Position + Commission-Based Pay • Health & Dental Insurance • Set Days Off – Sunday & Monday • Work in a high-energy environment with fellow enthusiasts • Opportunity for personal and professional growth What You’ll Do: • Greet customers and guide them through the selection and buying process • Explain features and benefits of motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft • Accurately compute pricing, tax, and trade-in values • Use our CRM system for customer information, follow-up, and lead tracking • Complete all required sales paperwork and documentation • Maintain showroom organization and clean display vehicles • Stay up to date with product knowledge and required training • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) score • Represent the brand with professionalism, honesty, and a team-focused attitude Qualifications: • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred • Motorcycle endorsement/license required • Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy • Applicants with felonies or DWI convictions are not eligible • Must comply with company appearance standards • Strong computer and communication skills • Positive, energetic attitude and a desire to grow • Passion for powersports and a customer-first mindset Our Ideal Candidate: • Is a self-starter with a drive to exceed goals • Communicates clearly and effectively • Works well in a fast-paced, team environment • Believes in doing the right thing — with honesty, transparency, and integrity Ready to start your dream job?
