Our Team

The eBay Motors team is responsible for the Vehicles, Parts & Accessories, Business & Industrial, Heavy Equipment and WHI (Nexpart Marketplace) businesses in the US. This position will be with the US Vehicles Team which is dedicated to buying and selling vehicles on eBay Marketplace. We are redefining the online shopping experience for individuals and businesses to list, sell, and purchase a wide range of vehicles.

The Role:

We are looking for an individual to interpret and use complex data in developing actionable steps to improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, they will assess the customer needs, looking for trends in data and optimize the tools that help our sales, onboarding and account management teams.

Responsibilities

• Update and segment the data warehouse and SalesForce.
• Execute US Vehicles objective based on business needs.
• Querying data warehouse for insights to assist sales and account management.
• Detailed trends and forecasting reports.
• Develop insights that can help drive the business forward.
• Analyzing data for sales and account management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with a passion for attention to detail.
• Analytical Mindset
• Knowledge of Writing SQL and Analytics/database with recent experience.
• Able to publish Tableau Reports
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain clean database records.
• Automated scripts from data warehouse to feed into business tools.
