MS PowerApps Programmer Analyst

Position Description:

Flowserve is seeking the best and the brightest to join its team of IT Analysts. We are seeking experienced PowerApps associate to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PowerApps development and a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.

Overall responsibilities include:

• Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps, Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications
• Integrate PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server and other third-party applications. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure quality and functionality
• Provide technical support and train end-users
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and industry best practices

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
• 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. Proficient in data integration, workflow automation and application development
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server and other data sources
• Ability to work independently and guide team members when required once requirements are provided
• Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills
• Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
• Should be motivate and self-directed
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
