Project - the aim you'll have

Our client provides Secure Manage IT Services in the BeNeLux market and is one of the largest providers of dal infrastructure to the government sector in Netherlands. You will be supporting our partner in handling ongoing requests from their customers regarding Windows platforms.
Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Supporting IT systems – L2/L3,
• Incident analysis and problem solving,
• Upgrading processes,
• Management of AD and IAM solution,
• Designing new solutions,
• Cooperating with the security department to eliminate detected threats and at the stage of designing / implementing new solutions.
• Maintaining proper documentation,
• Participating in the preparation and implementation of new projects,
• Cooperating with teams from Netherlands,
• Oncall duties

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Windows/Linux/UNIX system engineer,
• Knowledge of standardization of system configuration and security issues,
• Experience with MS Windows Server, AD Directory Service, MS Entra ID, M365, Windows Patching process,
• Experience with AV management,
• Experience in process automation, scripting configuration elements: PowerShell or bash, Ansible, PowerCli and Python.
• Knowledge of infrastructure management automation systems: Puppet, Ansible, Uyuni and optionally SaltStack.
• Networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Load-balancing)
• Knowledge of spoken and written English at min. B2

Additional skills – the edge you have:

• ExperienceKnowledge with onboarding domains in MS Entra ID, M365 and IAM Solutions,
• Knowledge of Chocolatey.
• Knowledge of spoken and written Dutch at min. B2
