We are the Collectibles Engineering team, who is responsible for enhancing buyer experiences in focused categories on eBay market place. We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Front-End skills. You will work with other Engineering specialist, Architecture, Product Management, QA, and Operation teams in developing principles and product goals.
Responsibilities:
- Building solutions with Front-End technologies and occasionally be able to help with Back-End tasks
- Research, analyze, design, develop and test the solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews and project related team meetings
- Develop technical & domain expertise and apply to solving product challenges
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or Equivalent to 4+ years of Front-End Software Design and Development experience
- Experience with Typescript, and React
- Hands on experience with: GraphQL, NodeJS, Server-side rendering
- Experience using one of the open-sourced UI libraries
- Experience in using source control systems such as Git, issue tracking systems like JIRA
- Experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services, Design Patterns, and OOA/D
