PayPal, Inc. seeks MTS 2, Network Engineering in Scottsdale, AZ

Job Duties: Drive and lead the Network Architecture and implementation effort for PayPal's unified NextGen Connectivity Solutions. Drive detailed definition of feature requirements through discussions with product managers and customers. Translate the business requirements into robust scalable, secure network design using various Proof of Concepts (PoC) and testing. Plan and Execute Various Complex Network Migrations and Cutovers for PayPal and its Business Units. Assess the existing Network Infrastructure Health, Capacity, and Security Posture, then provide recommendations with industry trends combined with PayPal's organic traffic growth requirements. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for executing complex Network migrations without service impacts. Build Network Automation and Network Self Service capabilities. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Site Network Engineering Connectivity consulting and Incident Management.

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or a closely related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

7Industry Certifications CCDP (Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Design), JNCIP-SP (Juniper Networks Certified Professional), GCPNE (Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer)
