Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- A working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance.
- Support proficiency on applicable laws and regulations issued by various government agencies and translate them into business compliance best practices.
- Manage IMMEX/Annex 24 & 30.
- Manage AEO program.
- Perform post entry audits.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews.
- Monitor changes in government trade regulations to ensure internal processes and procedures are implemented.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure compliance with all relevant trade related laws and regulations while enabling the business to achieve objectives.
- Participate in trade compliance associations to stay current on import regulations and best practices.
- Manage a diverse workload which may include changes in priorities and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
