Technology Innovation Management is a new and exciting department for Technology, created to directly support the multi year technology strategy. The department are responsible for leading thought leadership and innovation, as well as research and design of new technologies and business ideas to the benefit of MUFG. The department also includes the cross functional business analysis team for the entire technology function, and the department owns several of the technology cross functional goals, including proactive talent management.

What to Expect

Technology touches every part of our organisation from our traders placing a trade to our risk managers utilising technology to analysis our risk exposure. Technology is integral to what we do and it’s why we invest so much in developing state of the art infrastructure.

Technology Innovation Management is a new and exciting department for Technology, created to directly support the multi year technology strategy. The department are responsible for leading thought leadership and innovation, as well as research and design of new technologies and business ideas to the benefit of MUFG. The department also includes the cross functional business analysis team for the entire technology function, and the department owns several of the technology cross functional goals, including proactive talent management.

Our 18 month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training program designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies.
