As a Technical Solutions Architect, the individual supports the vision statement by utilizing their technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify and challenge conventional approaches to technology problems. They then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive positive change and move the technology industry forward. By leveraging their extensive industry experience and innovative approach, they help the client achieve their goals and overcome obstacles to drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities

A Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining the technical vision for a project. Their key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, leading technical teams, overseeing development and deployment activities, and ensuring technical alignment with the organization's goals and strategies. They also act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide technical expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts. In short, a Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for ensuring the technical success of a project or product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in developing technology solutions.
  • 5+ years experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
  • Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.
  • Prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF. Working experience of APIMs is a big plus (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, etc.).
  • Proven understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
  • Analyze and accurately assess company requirements to effectively size Mulesoft projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers to anticipate and proactively address potential project issues, adjust project plans and priorities as needed to ensure successful delivery of Mulesoft solutions.
  • Well-organized self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
  • Strong listening skills with the demonstrated ability to ask effective questions, dive deep, understand the customer's priorities and anticipate the customer's needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills and technical aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability and history of proactively identifying technical issues and driving solutions to technical problems.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders in both written and oral communications. Concisely communicate issues or opportunities complete with impact, owners, and next steps in an appropriate manner for executive management.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams across clients, other vendors, and Green Irony in the delivery of client projects and solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% if required.
