Multi-Family Project Superintendent

CPC is currently looking to hire an experiencedSuperintendentwith Multi-Family project and structural knowledge. Superintendent's duties include, but are not limited to: • On-Site management of daily production activity • Assisting in estimating projects • Project scheduling • Communication with site level management • Product Quality control • Material procurement • Subcontract management • Maintain Jobsite Safety • Internal and jurisdictional inspections • Project duration • Ability to read architectural drawings • Ability to manage multiple projects Salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Superintendent: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
