Job Description:

We are seeking a positive and outgoing Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, personable, and dedicated to helping local businesses succeed through effective advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their advertising needs

• Create customized advertising proposals tailored to each client's goals and budget

• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new clients and retaining existing accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of advertising campaigns

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the advertising process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in advertising sales or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed

• Familiarity with the Miles City, Montana area is a plus
