Multi-Media Designer
Job Description
ATEC is looking for a Multi-Media Designer with a keen eye and passion for concept and design. This individual will provide support to multiple departments in the creation of corporate communication, marketing collateral, communication, events, tradeshows, video creation, web, and social media.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the creation of all digital and print marketing materials (i.e.: brochures, posters, tradeshow booth graphics, labels, videos, photoshoots, animations, and other collateral)
- Works as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency across multiple platforms
- Meets and works with our marketing and corporate groups to determine project scope
- Helps with our project management workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Assists with the design and maintenance of ATEC's mobile app and website
- Stays up-to-date on the latest design trends and advancements in media techniques
- Supports the organization and logistics around marketing events and tradeshows
- Additional related responsibilities as assigned

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and video editing programs
- Comfortable working with PC and MAC platforms
- Advanced knowledge of branding concepts, typography, color, and layout
- Identifies and partners with outside vendors for all production needs
- Can elaborate on design decisions from a technical and visual perspective
- Desire to collaborate with multiple teams as well as senior management
- Can produce mockups and effectively absorb feedback
- Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize workflow and manage various deadlines simultaneously
- Extremely organized and able to work closely with a cross functional teams
- Takes extreme ownership and pride in their work
- Team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment
- Interest in the MedTech industry and is constantly curious
- Experience in 3D modeling a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in art, design, visual communications, mutli-media design
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional experience in design/advertising agency or in-house creative department preferred.

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $20 to $30 Full-Time Hourly Range
