Compensation & Benefits • Salary:$95,000–$105,000 based on experience • Generous PTO:Vacation, sick time, service time off, and a floating holiday • Coverage You Can Count On:Medical, dental, vision, EAP • 401K:Strong company match • Insurance Eligibility:First of the month following hire • Quarterly Bonus Potentialfor performance success Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations at both a stabilized community and an active lease-up property • Develop and execute strong marketing strategies to drive occupancy and brand presence • Lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for follow-through on all commitments and operational standards • Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coach through difficult conversations when necessary • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expense control for both sites • Ensure compliance with all company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations • Build relationships with residents, vendors, and the surrounding community What We’re Looking For • Minimum of3+ years as a successful Property Manager, withlease-up and stabilized property experience • Provenmarketing acumen— both traditional and digital — with measurable results • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate tough conversations professionally • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple locations • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and KPI tracking • Passion for delivering an exceptional resident experience Why You’ll Love This Role This is a chance to flex your full property management skill set — from strategic marketing to team development — while balancing the dynamics of two very different communities.
