What You Will Do We are looking for aMulti-Skilled Cabinetmakerto join our team. We build special, one-of-a-kind custom wood and laminate cabinets. We need a real team player who is good at woodworking. You should be happy to help out in different parts of our shop where we need you most. You will have a chance to work in many areas of our shop, including: • The Drawer Area:You will build strong, quality drawers for our cabinets. • The Sanding Area:You will sand the wood to make it smooth and ready for paint. • The Door Area:You will build all kinds of cabinet doors. • The Frame Area:You will build the main boxes for the cabinets. This job is for someone who likes to stay busy and enjoys doing different things each day. Your Day-to-Day Work • Read plans to see how to build things. • Use tools like saws, sanders, and routers to cut and shape wood. • Use hand tools to put cabinet parts together. • Work with your team to get jobs done on time. • Check your work to make sure it’s done right. • Sometimes, you will help make special wood parts. • Keep your work area clean and safe. What You Need to Be Good At • You have built cabinets before and can show us your work. • You know how to do many parts of cabinet making, like building drawers and doors. • You know how to use shop tools safely. • You care about doing great work and look at the small details. • You can work by yourself and also with a team. • You have a good attitude and like to learn new things. • You are good at solving problems. • You are a good talker and listener. • You have worked in a custom cabinet shop before. Pay and Benefits • We pay you for every hour you work.
