The experience you bring:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or specific to a customer service role

  • System and/or Microsoft Office Training

What makes you stand out:

  • Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to process efficiently in multiple operational systems

  • Self-starter, strong organizational and time management skills

  • Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing environment
