Multimedia Designer

Job Description:
As a member of the Workhuman Consulting Practice, the multimedia designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for Workhuman's current and future customers to support the adoption and ongoing success of their Workhuman® Cloud programs. This role centers around producing exciting visual collateral for our customers' internal, employee communication campaigns and educational content in various print and digital formats, including motion graphics and video, with an emphasis in online delivery.
Our team is based in Framingham, Massachusetts and Dublin, Ireland and remotely across the U.S. and our varied backgrounds and experiences create an innovative, collaborative, and fun working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with operational consultants, communications managers, and production artists, the multimedia designer will:

• Design and revise internal marketing campaigns, including print and digital assets, based on customers' corporate brand guidelines and Workhuman® Cloud program website design
• Use creative design fundamentals to format presentations, guides, infographics, and other similar collateral, ensuring deliverables are accurate, professional, and reflect either Workhuman or customers' branding and Workhuman Cloud program elements
• Create and edit short videos using animation, video, motion graphics, and other multimedia to educate customers and encourage strong Workhuman Cloud program adoption
• Assimilate feedback from both customers and colleagues, revising concepts and designs as needed to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Prepare and preflight press-ready files for customers, agency design partners, and vendors and maintain internal catalog of all files
• Provide asset management and design support for external-facing learning management system
• Develop project portfolios, showcasing completed customer work
• Stay current on multimedia technology applications and design trends, bringing fresh approaches and ideas to individual projects and to share with teammates
• Provide occasional support before or after standard business hours to service global customers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in multimedia or graphic design, fine arts, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role, along with a portfolio that clearly showcases skills and experience; previous agency experience desirable
• Understanding of visual design principals, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, VideoScribe or other similar editing/production and screen capture applications
• Experience interpreting and applying brand/style guidelines to work
• Familiarity with storyboarding and animations
• Process-oriented, self-starter who effectively manages multiple projects, often within tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Strict attention to detail and consistent processes
• Outstanding file-organization and archiving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Framingham, MA office at least two times per week*
