Modivcare in looking for an experienced Multimodal Performance Analyst. In this role, you will work with one or more Multimodal Business Managers to conduct various analytic tasks supporting our Multimodal Objectives and Key Results. You will be responsible for compiling ad hoc reports and analyses on various safety, delivery, quality, and cost topics, recurring reports supporting company objectives and key results, and other analyses, as needed. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Multimodal Operations and is part of Modivcare's Multimodal Support Corps.
The Multimodal Support Corps is a flexible team of professionals who support Modivcare's alternative transportation modes, including Rideshare, Mileage Reimbursement, and Public Transit. The team comprises multiple partner managers, enablement managers, and performance analysts. Work is assigned based on the Company's Objectives and Key Results and changes from quarter to quarter, leading to diverse work experiences, projects, and challenges. The Multimodal Support Corps is designed to expose early career professionals to various opportunities and challenges, building future mobility leaders at Modivcare.

You will...
- Perform financial scenario analysis to support the VP of Transportation Insights & Strategy's strategic decision-making.
- Perform financial break-even and operational modeling to develop new models that underpin sound business decisions. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform operational analysis, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions that support the Multimodal transportation strategy.
- Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with professional response. Use standard analytical tools and rules to determine root causes and resolve problems.
- Work with the Data Management team to update and maintain data sources to support operational and financial analysis while staying current on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business context, customer requirements, and work environments of the Modivcare Mobility teams involved.
- Develop a business partner relationship with Transportation and Multimodal Business Managers to influence operational teams in developing and using best practices.
- Monitor the performance of the business processes by contributing to the creation of dashboards using business intelligence tools to identify the sources of deviations leading to non-performance.
- Demonstrate a high sense of autonomy and prioritization by communicating closely with colleagues and managers.
We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
- Master of Business Administration Degree preferred.
- Demonstrates high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and practical familiarity with business intelligence tools, including but not limited to Tableau Desktop, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with 2-sided marketplaces, healthcare, transportation, or sales required.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL is a plus but not required.
- Experience with GIS or geospatial data a plus.
- Strong understanding and interest in transportation modes and the competitive landscape.
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker, data-driven, and creative problem solver.
- Collaborative, energetic, tenacious personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
