We are expanding our team to include a Multiplatform Coordinator, who will play a central role in coordinating the production of audiovisual content for InvestNews and the strategies for distribution and reach across multiple channels, particularly social media and WhatsApp.
About the role

The Multiplatform Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the audiovisual production (video and podcast capture and editing, designers) and content distribution teams, as well as supporting journalists in the development of video content, in line with editorial and strategic plans. The role will also have a strategic component in the development and execution of plans to expand InvestNews’ reach across different channels and in fostering partnerships.
What you will do

• Channels: Develop and execute plans to expand InvestNews’ reach across different channels (social media, WhatsApp, and others), revisiting strategies with a focus on trends, new practices, and benchmarks (innovative profile) 
• Formats: Define the best audiovisual formats for distribution and adapt InvestNews content according to the specific use of each channel. 
• Team: Coordinate the audiovisual production (video capture and editing, designers) and social media teams, as well as manage external collaborators. 
• Culture and Processes: Foster knowledge sharing about scripts and audiovisual formats with internal journalists and collaborators, as well as establish production workflows and processes. 
• Technical: Apply SEO techniques when publishing content on YouTube and implement best practices for organic content distribution on social media platforms. 

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in people management. 
• Proven experience in audiovisual production, particularly videos for social media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn), and distribution channels
• Knowledge of journalistic content related to finance, economics, and business. 
• Innovative, organized, and collaborative profile. 
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced and quickly changing environments; self-started and results-oriented. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in producing journalistic content in audio and video formats. 
• Experience creating strategies for social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Sprinkler), as well as Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Flourish.
