At Bently Nevada, Baker Hughes team, the Multisite Lead will be tasked with managing and executing multiple customer service contracts. You will evaluate customer service needs based on customer critical assets, asset protection system, and asset monitoring systems

As a Multisite Lead you will provide input to developing a comprehensive supporting service maintenance & reliability plan to enhance and support customers maintenance & reliability programs. You will build customer relationship; manage contractual obligations; be responsible for financial commitments to the business as well as service commitments to the customers. You will execute solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations solving their service needs.
Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities
- Assessing job site Safety and perform services as Bently Nevada/Baker Hughes HSE Policies.
- Performing Asset Management / Service need Studies and make recommendations.
- Understanding contractual commitments and complete them in a timely manner.
- Managing contracts in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, and other process industries.
- Diagnosing basic machinery problems based upon vibration data, operational data, and customer communications.
- Performing commissioning and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations.
- Knowing Bently Nevada Machinery Diagnostic, System 1®, BN Protection system capabilities and uses.
- Performing timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements
- Reacting to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Completing Documentation of findings / recommendations
- Communicating professionally with customer and other team members
- Driving customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
- Supporting the growth initiatives of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Site Management.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as required
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required
- Ability to work in United States
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain TWIC Card
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
- Bently Nevada MDS Skill - Trained
- Bently Nevada S&I Skill - Trained

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Ability to work under stressful working conditions
- Project Management Skills
- Strong computer skills; both Hardware and Software, plus MS Office software skills
- Mechanical & Electrical trouble shooting skills. "Hands-on approach"
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand mechanical prints
- Knowledge of Reciprocating Compressors
- Experience with Networking devices and protocols
- Knowledge of rotating machinery operation and controls systems
- Knowledge of machinery protection and management systems
- Knowledge or experience with AT LEAST one or more of the following: mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotordynamic analysis, machinery balancing and alignment.
- Knowledge of Bently Nevada products and services
