Job Description:

Overview

DXC will provide the Services set out in outline.

• IMACD: The physical install, move, add, change or de-install of in scope Devices.
• Hardware Break Fix Support: Technical diagnosis and repair of hardware Devices.
• On Site Software Support: Problem diagnosis and resolution of software functionality for both the operating system software and desktop applications.
• Smart hands and eyes support of Network rooms and devices
• Enhanced Warranty Support if the Device is within the OEM warranty or Post-Warranty Support if the OEM warranty for a Device has expired.
• Physical install of PC's will be automated with PC's being sent directly to the end user for self install. Install by a technician under this SOW will be by exception only.
