NA Continuous Improvement Tech Risk Coordinator

Job Description:

This position will provide governance and oversee deployment of product and business development activities associated with technological risk management, the Global Q&FS Cockpit and SIRB.

What are we looking for?

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering.
• 3-5 Years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good manufacturing processes, HACCP and Food Safety understanding.
• Experience with project management preferred.
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistics.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Organization and governance of the annual Homogeneity & Cross Contamination tests for all Manufacturing Units in NA
• Analyze dosing data to drive continuous improvement.
• Be the Functional Expert for the Tech Risk community.
• Lead and coordinate CoP calls with Tech Risk community
• Support Regional Quality Managers with incidents involving dosing and mixing manufacturing processes.
• Support deployment of Corporate and Segment. Procedure/Standards applicable to mixing and dosing.

• Deploy assigned Q&FS Global Cockpit projects and SIRBs to the Manufacturing Units.
• Support Manufacturing sites through the deployment of the projects.
• Be the Regional lead for the projects.
• Cascade project roadblocks, delays, issues, etc. to the Global QFS project owners.
